I received my order of stickers and/or car decals, how do I use my stickers?
Die cut stickers:
For most of my die cut stickers, I make sure to print them with a double cut and peel the edges for every sticker so that you have a little edge to help you peel the stickers! From my experiences with cute stickers I buy, they're usually flush to the edge of the paper backing and I've sometimes damaged the stickers due to picking at them to peel it. So to make sure that doesn't happen with you, I prep each individual sticker to have a peel edge.
Car decal stickers:
For my car decals, I leave extra space of the backing to help give a edge to peel the stickers off, as well as individually put transfer tape for each and every car decal! This is to ensure that you can easily line up the sticker to whatever surface you want to place it on without having to fully eyeball it and risk the sticker to be crooked.
FOR CAR DECALS - please make sure to clean the surface that you are going to put the sticker on with an alcohol wipe, let it dry, then apply your sticker for maximum adhesion! I personally like to wipe the area with a microfiber cloth after alcohol wiping it so that it is completely dust free. ( ദ്ദി ˙ᗜ˙ )
Are the stickers waterproof? Can I stick the stickers on anything?
All my stickers are waterproof! I use a more higher grade vinyl to print my stickers so the adhesive is also quite sturdy. I do advise that you do not stick the stickers on furry or heavily textured surfaces just to be safe.
For my car decals, they can withstand heavy rain and is printed to be UV safe!
Do you have a physical store?
I do not have a physical store for my items. My items are available online, but I do also attend events in person here and there! If you'd like to see my stuff in person, stay tuned to event updates I post about on my Instagram !
What is the return/exchange policy?
I generally do not offer returns nor refunds at this time. Refunds will ONLY be provided for products with manufacturing defects and/or any other heavy damage.
Within the first 14 days of the customer receiving the product, I'd be happy to discuss about sending out a replacement if the damage is very noticeable. I will make sure to ship out the new items as soon as confirmation about the issue is discussed and will send out a new tracking number. After the 14 days, I unfortunately cannot fulfill any requests.

Can I make changes to an existing order?
If you need to make changes to an existing order, please contact me as soon as possible. You have up to 48 hours to make a change and I will do my best to make the change happen. If your order has already shipped, then I will be unable to make changes to your order.

Are these designs drawn by you?
Yes, I draw everything by hand, digitally! I even hand draw and edit my banners and any other promotional designs you may see me post. I DO NOT condone in the usage of AI and WILL NOT nor EVER use AI for my drawings.
Do you offer custom work or commissions?
At the moment, I do not take commission requests or custom work requests. I haven't quite figured out how I would do it if I ever were to open up comms. And I'm not quite sure if it is in anyone's interests. Please let me know if it is something you'd like to see or have added in the future ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧
Do you take requests for new items?
I'm open to any suggestions or new ideas that you may be interested in and would like to see me create! I cannot guarantee that I will immediate create each and every suggestion given to me, but I will try and consider all the options if enough demand is there ! - processing time for orders:
It will take about 2-7 days to process your order. I'll make sure to process your orders as fast as possible!
- shipping rates and free shipping:
PLEASE NOTE: For stickers order only, USPS first class shipping option is UNTRACKED.
- expected delivery:
Expect about 1-3 weeks for US orders. For any international orders, I am not shipping out to these locations for now. I hope to open up shipping internationally soon ᕙ( •̀ ᗜ •́ )ᕗ
- where do you ship to?
For the time being, I will be only shipping domestically, US orders, at the moment. I am just starting out an online shop for the first time and am testing the waters. I hope to send out orders internationally soon!
